These Terms explain what you are purchasing, how your license may be used, and the risks associated with using Nexora Loader.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Nexora Loader, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Nexora Loader.
1. What Nexora Loader Does
Nexora Loader is a software loader that can load compatible DLL files and other software components into supported games or applications.
Depending on the version, Nexora Loader may provide features such as:
- DLL loading
- Software component loading
- License authentication
- Loader configuration
- Update functionality
- Compatibility checks
- Logging and diagnostics
- Other functionality added in future releases
Supported games, applications, DLLs, and environments may change over time. We do not guarantee that a particular DLL, game, application, operating-system version, or configuration will remain compatible with Nexora Loader.
2. Third-Party Software
Nexora Loader is an independent third-party product. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with any third-party game, application, publisher, developer, anti-cheat provider, or platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All third-party trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for reviewing and following the terms, rules, licenses, and policies that apply to any game or application you use with Nexora Loader.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
YOU USE NEXORA LOADER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Loading third-party DLLs into games or applications may cause unexpected behavior or consequences. Possible consequences may include:
- Game crashes
- Application instability
- Compatibility problems
- Security-software detections
- Account restrictions
- Account suspensions
- Account termination
- Loss of data
- Loss of access to third-party services
Nexora Loader does not guarantee that use of the software will prevent detection or account action by any third party. You are responsible for deciding whether using Nexora Loader is appropriate for you.
4. No Detection or Ban Guarantee
Nexora Loader does not guarantee that its use will remain undetected. We do not guarantee that any anti-cheat, security product, monitoring system, or other detection mechanism will fail to identify Nexora Loader, a loaded DLL, or related activity.
We also do not guarantee that using Nexora Loader will prevent: Bans, Suspensions, Restrictions, Kicks, Hardware restrictions, or Other actions taken by third-party services.
Technical behavior may change at any time due to updates to games, applications, anti-cheat systems, operating systems, drivers, or security products.
5. DLLs and User-Provided Files
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization to use any DLL or other software component loaded through Nexora Loader. Nexora does not claim ownership of user-provided DLLs. You are responsible for the contents and behavior of files you choose to load.
6. License
Purchasing Nexora Loader provides a limited license to use the software according to these Terms. You do not receive ownership of Nexora Loader, its source code, binaries, branding, infrastructure, licensing system, or other intellectual property.
You may not: Share your license · Resell without authorization · Redistribute Nexora Loader · Leak private files · Crack Nexora Loader · Circumvent its licensing system · Modify its authentication system · Claim Nexora Loader as your own · Use stolen or fraudulent licenses.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate license termination.
7. License Duration
Licenses are offered as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Lifetime. A Lifetime license refers to the lifetime of the Nexora Loader product or service. It does not guarantee that Nexora Loader will operate indefinitely or that the project will exist forever.
8. Refunds
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Nexora Loader purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds are generally not provided for: no longer wanting the product, incompatibility, game/anti-cheat updates, account restrictions, or discontinuation. Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Updates and Compatibility
We may release updates but do not guarantee permanent compatibility, immediate updates, or that every game, DLL, or feature will always work.
10. Discontinuation
Nexora Loader may be suspended or discontinued for technical, business, security, legal, or other reasons. Purchasing does not guarantee lifetime access, updates, support, or operation. If discontinued, you are not automatically entitled to a refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. License and Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account and credentials. Do not share license credentials with unauthorized users. We may suspend licenses determined to be shared, stolen, fraudulently obtained, resold without authorization, or used in violation of these Terms.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Nexora Loader to conduct unlawful activity, distribute malware, compromise accounts or systems without authorization, attack Nexora infrastructure, circumvent Nexora's licensing systems, redistribute without permission, abuse support systems, commit fraud, or violate applicable law.
13. Security Software
Antivirus or other security products may interfere with Nexora Loader or identify components as suspicious. We do not guarantee compatibility with every security product. You are responsible for making informed decisions about software you install on your computer.
14. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Loader is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee availability, error-free operation, detection avoidance, or that third-party accounts will never be restricted.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora and its developers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost data, lost accounts, account restrictions, computer problems, or software conflicts. Our total liability will generally be limited to the amount actually paid for the applicable license. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Support
For technical or purchasing issues, contact official Nexora support channels. Support response times and continued support are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Nexora Loader after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

NEXORA LOADER LOADS DLL FILES INTO SUPPORTED GAMES AND APPLICATIONS.
YOU USE NEXORA LOADER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NEXORA LOADER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT DLL LOADING OR RELATED ACTIVITY WILL REMAIN UNDETECTED.
NEXORA LOADER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR GAME OR APPLICATION ACCOUNT WILL NEVER BE BANNED, SUSPENDED, OR RESTRICTED.
GAME, APPLICATION, OPERATING-SYSTEM, ANTI-CHEAT, AND SECURITY UPDATES MAY CAUSE FEATURES TO STOP WORKING.
NEXORA LOADER MAY BE CHANGED, SUSPENDED, OR DISCONTINUED.
A LIFETIME LICENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE LIFETIME OPERATION, UPDATES, OR SUPPORT.
DISCONTINUATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATE A RIGHT TO A REFUND EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THESE RISKS BEFORE PURCHASING.
